The 3 Minute Gratitude Journal for Kids: A Journal to Teach Children to Practice Gratitude and Mindfulness
This is my favorite gratitude journal for kids. Each page has space to list out three things you’re thankful for, a person who brought you joy and how you felt about your day. My kids like to fill it out at night before bed. It’s a great resource for training a kid’s brain to look for the positives in life and get in touch with their inner most feelings.
