Studio Yoga Classes


Thanks for showing an interest in my weekly classes! Below is a list of offerings in-person at a few studios in the neighborhood. Look for the ones that are also on livestream to practice from home (or anywhere else you like to practice!)

Wednesday

Power Vinyasa and Meditation
9:00AM – 10:15am (CST)
YogaSix, Glenview
Y6 Power classes are heated and strength building. They are designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. Each class is different and uses a dynamic flow to connect breath with movement. This class includes 15 minutes of guided meditation.
Best suited for those with some yoga experience. Medium intensity, non-members welcome. Advanced app sign-up recommended.

THURSDAY

Heated Flow
9:30AM – 10:30am (CST)
Lifetime Fitness, Northbrook
This dynamic yoga class takes you through a guided flow of postures, synchronizing your breath with traditional yoga movements. The perfect blend of Power Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa.
All levels, medium intensity, must be a Lieftime member to sign up. Advanced app sign-up recommended.
Vinyasa Level 2
4:30pm – 5:30pm (CST)
Yogaview, Wilmette
This dynamic yoga class takes you through a guided flow of postures, synchronizing your breath with traditional yoga movements.
Best suited for those with some yoga experience. Medium intensity, non-members welcome. Walk-in or sign up on the Mindbody app.
