Manduka Pro Yoga Mat (Black Mat PRO)

This is the yoga mat I use for my daily practice. I love that it’s wider than a typical yoga mat, allowing me to create more space between my hands and shoulders during chaturangas. It’s also super thick which provides a better cushion for joint protection and more comfort for indoor and outdoor yoga practice (cement, wood floors, or carpet).

Shandali Hot Yoga Towel

Love this basic yoga towel – great for heated classes so your mat doesn’t get too slippery. Pro tip: dampen both ends of the towel after you set it down on your mat for less slip in your hands and feet. Machine wash and dry between practices.

Gaiam Cork Yoga Brick

I keep two blocks near my mat during every yoga practice. Blocks help extend reach and make more difficult poses accessible. The cork surface on this block provides excellent grip. Perfect for basic and advanced yoga practice.

Manduka Yoga Strap

Using a strap in your yoga practice makes poses and binds more accessible. I like this strap by Manduka and use it to create the feeling of length in my arms and legs.

Retrospec Sedona Zafu Yoga Meditation Cushion

Using a meditation cushion in your meditation routine helps to reduce fatigue, improve posture, and promote longer, deeper meditations. I like this cushion because the outside is removable and machine washable. It’s made of 100% cotton and you can change the density of the pillow for your personal comfort level.
