RENPHO Body Fat / Smart BMI Scale

I’m not in the routine of weighing myself but during the pandemic I thought it might be wise to own a scale. After some research I landed on this scale and I’m really happy I did. You can download the Renpho app for free and sync it with other apps like Fitbit or Apple Watch. Once your Renpho app is synced with other calorie counting apps, you never need to enter your weight again. The scale shows body weight only but it tacks other body composition data including weight, BMI, body fat percentage and stores it in the app. You can track your daily, weekly, or monthly progress and set new goals. Highly recommend!

Fitbit Flex 2

This is one of the first and least expensive fitbit products on the market. It doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles but it does the job of counting steps and keeping you on track. It defaults to a goal of 10,000 steps daily but that can easily be changed. I like that it’s thin, light weight, and waterproof. Fun fact: The small pedometer within the device can also fit in more trendy bands made by other designers that simply look like jewelry. So if you’re not thrilled about having a rubber bracelet on your wrist 24/7, it’s a really nice option.
